Site Theming

The site's random themes have been somewhat unified. It definitely needs a design overhaul but at least it is no longer schizophrenic.

User Login is BACK!

Yup - you can log in and set up your eq wish and sale lists again! Throw a mudmail at Kellin to get your login. Someday maybe we'll have automatic sign up but for now it's at least better than nothing.
